When will my package ship?
We process orders within 2-3 days and mail orders out every Tuesday and Friday.
Why is shipping so expensive?!!!!
I know many of you are used to free shipping but as a new, small business - we cannot afford that (same for other small businesses btw). We offer $8 flat rate shipping for US customers and use Flavor Cloud for Canadian buyers, which *includes custom fees. We currently only offer our products in America and Canada but hopefully we will be able to figure out affordable shipping options for other internationally customers soon.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Customers in the US can expect their package between 3-4 business days once it's been shipped. For Canadian customers, it will take 6-18 business day.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada. We hope to find easy, affordable shipping options for customers outside of North America soon! For those customers who can't get a physical planner, we recommend our digital or printable planners.
How much is customs tax?
If Canadian customers use our FlavorCloud option, customs is included in the price.
Returns + Exchanges
Is there a return policy?
We are very confident that you'll love this planner but we know all too well about impulse buys. As long as the physical planner has not already been shipped, you may return the planner for a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return.
Due to the nature of the product, digital and printable planners are final sale.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We are your hardest to make sure your MSTRPLN planner arrives to you in tip top shape, but if your planner arrives to you damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be offered a refund for store credit.
What do I do if I don't like the planner?
We really want you to love your planner. We'd encourage you to go through our website or Instagram page to find tips and tricks to making the planner work for you. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help you.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so we can process your cancelation.

Are your prices in USD?
All prices are in USD. We would love to offer pricing in your local currency, but as a small business, that's not an option right now.
